Iraqi asylum seeker Foyad Ali, 26, who was driving whilst drunk and had no licence or insurance nearly killed a Lincolnshire RAF cadet in an accident on the A17 at Kirkby La Thorpe near Sleaford. The car also had two defective tyres when the incident happened on 26th May this year.
The 39 year old RAF Cadet, who was weeks away from graduating as an officer was hit whilst riding a Triumph motorcycle, suffering multiple injuries, including a fractured skull. Unfortunately the rider had to have his right leg amputated below the knee leaving his career in ruins.
Ali, of Shuttleworth House, Stamp End, Lincoln, admitted dangerous driving, having no insurance or driving licence, driving with excess alcohol and with defectives tyres.
He received a jail term of 18 months.
Ali was also banned from driving for three years but will not be deported at the end of his jail sentence. His application for asylum was said to be "unresolved".
How much has this asylum seeker cost the tax payer?
Why was he allowed here in the first place?
Why isnt he being deported along with any family?
Will the RAF chap be properly compensated?
Yet another life ruined through the disastrous consequences of mass immigration.
